Refund policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Valid proof of purchase is required
  • Item must not fall under non-returnable category

Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your Order ID and reason for return. If your request is approved, we will share return instructions.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request product images for verification before processing replacement or refund.

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care & hygiene items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • You will be notified about approval status
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline: 7–10 business days

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
